CARROT HALWA

CARROT  HALWA:
                                 Carrot Halwa or gajar Halwa recipe is  mostly preferred by north Indians as a dessert after Meals.During festivals its a delicious sweet dish to serve for guests.

Ingredients for this recipe..........

1/4 litre milk
250 grams (1/4 kg) Carrot (finely grated)

6-10 tablespoons white sugar (to taste)
2 cardamom
3 tablespoons Ghee
10-15 cashews (Half Cashews)


Methods to prepare :

Step 1 : Take a vessel and boil milk.

Step 2 : After  milk is boiled add  finely grated carrots to it and stir continuously on medium flame  .
Step 3 : Then boil until milk is dried and carrots are cooked well to perfect halwa mixture.
Step 4 : Now add powdered sugar and crushed cardamom.

Step 5 : Then fry cashews slightly in the ghee.
Step 6 : Finally add that ghee and cashews to Halwa.

          Now the CARROT HALWA is ready to serve  !!!!!!!😋😋😋

MUTTON CUTLET

MUTTON CUTLET:
                                 Simple, Delicious and tasty cutlets are usually served for "Evening Snacks" with tea.Usually green chutney or tomato ketchup goes as a good combination for taste.

Ingredients for this recipe..........

250 grams Mutton (same quantity for chicken and beaf also)
300 grams Potatoes
3 tablespoon chilli powder
3 tablespoon Garam masala
1 Teaspoon turmeric
1 small bowl finely chopped coriander leaves
200 grams  breadcrumbs( to make a crispy outer layer)
2 tablespoon all purpose flour or maida.( instead we take egg white yolk).
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Methods to prepare :

Step 1 : Take a vessel and mix washed Mutton,1 tablespoon chilli powder,1 teaspoon turmeric                       powder,1 tablespoon garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste and salt.

Step 2 : Now put those mixtures in a pressure cooker to boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Add salt and potatoes in a seperate vessel or another pressure cooker to boil for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Mix both that mutton mixture and potatoes well.
Step 5 : Add remaining chilli powder,garam masala, coriander leaves and salt to those mixture
              properly to make those dough non-sticky.
Step 6 : Apply some oil in your hands and make a patties from that dough as per shapes you wish.
Step 7 : Make a slightly thin Batter with that maida by adding some water or else take a white yolk.
Step 8 : Dip the patties on that batter both sides well.
Step 9 : place them on the bread crumbs properly and set aside for 20 minutes.(  keep in refrigerator
             for crispy crunch)
Step 10: Heat oil in the pan and deep fry both sides until patties turn to Golden brown.

          Now the CUTLETS are ready to serve  !!!!!!!😋😋😋

EGG BALLS

EGG BALLS:
                      This egg balls are crispy on the outer layer and  softer inside which is specially cooked in Aebleskiver pan which is also known as "Paniyaaram pan" in tamil.

Ingredients for this recipe..........

3 Eggs
2 Big onions
1 Tomato
1 Teaspoon pepper powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin powder
1 Teaspoon Spinach Masala powder (Keerai podi)
1 Teaspoon Chilli powder
Salt to taste

Methods to prepare :

Step 1 : Batter 3 Eggs in a seperate bowl.
Step 2 : Chop the onions and tomato into small pieces and mix
Step 3 : Add salt,cumin,pepper,spinach masala and chilli powders to that mixture.
Step 4 : Pour Egg batter to that and mix well properly.
Step 5 : Take a Aebleskiver pan and put oil to each pit.
Step 6 : After oil is heated pour that batter in each pit and fry on both sides.

          Now the EGG BALLS are ready to serve  !!!!!!!😋😋😋
